This is another effective way of burning fat. You just need to buy a set of weights and start lifting them, at the comfort of your home. You may start with the lighter ones. Try exercising every part of the body while lifting. This is a muscle strengthening exercise that is also very effective in burning lots of calories.
This is using a skipping rope which helps exercise the arms, the legs and the cardiovascular system. It is a very cheap practice which involves performing the jumps using the rope, as many times as you can. Try to jump at least 15 minutes while using the pace of your choice.
This concentrates on exercising your legs, which consequently tone the lower body and an increase in the entire metabolism. You just need to stand straight, bend at your knees as if you want to sit, squat all the way close to the ground and then straighten your legs. Repeat the same process as many times as you can.
