| My forum put a limitation - you can only have 2 images in your sig. Alternative sigpoll works :) |

| Dave: just create a SigPoll and you will get 4 codes:
1st one is for forums (BBCode) and with images;
2nd one is for websites and blogs (HTML Code) and also with images;
3rd one is for forums (BBCode) but without images - just plain links;
4th one is for websites and blogs (HTML Code), also without images.
So 3rd and 4th codes are called "Alternative SigPoll" - you have to use one of these. |

| If you want to use the image version of sigpoll, simple visit your poll, and click the "Want to add this Poll to your Sig, Website or Blog? Click here for the code" link at the top of the page. | My mother is thinking of doing a jumbo mortgage in three week when he turns 59. The property has a tax lien. How would this impact getting a big mortgage, if it changes it at all?
When a bank or mortgage coporation gives you a mortgage against a house, they put a lien on said property.
They usually will not do the loan unless their the first lien. If there is already a tax lien on the home, the mortgage company would be second in line to be paid if or when the house is sold, so they will treat the loan like a 2nd mortgage even though there is no first mortgage.
Being a 2nd mortgage will make it a ton harder to get the financing, and result in much higher interest rates if you do get the mortgage.
With that being said, we believe they will be unable to get a refinance mortgage loan. but i just dont know.
